Little Orphan Willie

Little Orphan Willie (1930). The gags are nicely executed in the rubber tube style of animation, but the whole cartoon has an air of being put together out of random bits and extended to make it come out to its full length. There are definite signs of a small budget here, with extensive looping, but Iwerks manages to turn out a decent cartoon for the period.
